The "Learn to Repair Turbochargers" training course is divided into three freely combinable one-day modules: Turbocharger basics & damage, boost pressure actuator repair, and complete turbocharger repair including disassembly, assembly, balancing, and adjustment. The knowledge is imparted through our sister company, Turbolader Pfalz GmbH. All modules are held as in-person training courses at VIS COM in Germersheim and are aimed at workshops, repair shops, car dealerships, and training centers.

Module 1: Turbocharger Basics & Damage

  • Structure & function of different turbocharger types

  • Recognizing and analyzing typical damage patterns

  • Practical exercises on real, damaged components

Module 2: Charge pressure actuator repair

  • Design & Function of Electronic Boost Pressure Actuators

  • Fault diagnosis in electrical actuators

  • Practical repair and calibration on the actual component

Module 3: Turbocharger Repair

  • Professional disassembly and assembly

  • Balancing the rotating components

  • Setting up and adjusting after the repair

  • Practical exercises on the complete turbocharger
